About Amy Moulder

Amy Moulder has been the owner/operator of Beauty and the Beast Hairstyles for over twenty years. She originally chose real estate as a second career to assist her husband in his practice of real estate. Amy loves people and enjoys helping them achieve their dreams. She has been married to Barry Moulder for 32 years and they have a son, a daughter, and an adorable grandson. Both Barry and Amy are former students of TEAM Hughes Real Estate School, and after obtaining her broker license through TEAM Hughes, it was a natural transition into helping people through teaching. Amy is a natural and is excited about this newest phase of her career. TEAM Hughes is excited that she has decided to join us as one of our awesome instructors.

About Brent Spaulding

Brent Spaulding began his real estate career in Colorado Springs, Colorado. For over 35 years, Brent built a thriving business there, eventually owning his own real estate firm. He has experience in closing new home sales, construction loans, multi-family homes, and commercial real estate. In 2014, Brent relocated to our area and pursued his real estate license through TEAM Hughes Real Estate School. We are thrilled to have him join our team and pass on a wealth of knowledge to his students!

Real estate is Bob Scarberry's second career. As a retired federal law enforcement officer stationed at various posts across the globe (including the United States, Bermuda, South Korea, South Africa, and the Caribbean), Bob is no stranger to the need for good realtors!

Phil Baker

About Phil Baker

Real estate is the third career for Phil Baker. As a young man, Phil worked in radio, TV, and video production in the Birmingham area which is his hometown. At the age of 29, Phil joined the FAA as an air traffic controller in Memphis, TN, and then here in Pensacola until he retired in 2013. Phil earned his real estate license shortly thereafter, selling first for Keller Williams before a two year stint with DSLD Homes as a site agent. He recently moved to Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate to work alongside his daughter, Jaime. Phil also occasionally acts in films - watch for two feature films coming out later in 2018! Phil has been married for 34 years, with two kids and two sweet grandkids.

About Brittany McCoy

Brittany McCoy is a sixth generation resident of Santa Rosa County. She has a passion for local history and exploring the Panhandle that, combined with her background in business management, training, customer service, sales, and marketing, helped her transition seamlessly into a real estate career in 2014. In 2017, she graduated from TEAM Hughes' broker course and applied for her Florida broker’s license.
