  • Grimm Tommy
    Tommy Grimm REI Instructor

    Tommy Grimm is a veteran of the United States Air Force who believes strongly in the respect and dignity of all. While in the Air Force, he mentored and trained young men and women. As an education and training technician, he implemented training standards that brought the squadron’s test scores from last place to first in just one year.

    First licensed in 2005, he is now a real estate broker associate and instructor. He has been buying and selling investment property and re-furbishing distressed homes since 2004.

    In addition to mentoring aspiring real estate agents and entrepreneurs, his teaching experience includes tutoring GED students and teaching new software programs to the nursing industry.

    His goal is to see everyone he mentors or teaches succeed, but also enjoy the learning process through fun, innovative, and engaging classes. Be prepared to laugh, learn, and grow in his classes.

  • McCoy Brittany
    Brittany McCoy REI Instructor

    Brittany McCoy is a sixth-generation resident of Santa Rosa County. She has a passion for local history and exploring the Panhandle that, combined with her background in business management, training, customer service, sales, and marketing, helped her transition seamlessly into a real estate career in 2014. In 2017, she graduated from TEAM Hughes' broker course and applied for her Florida broker's license.
