School Policy on Last-Minute CE Completions

Our school reports all continuing education (CE) completions to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) in accordance with state law. Providers have up to 30 days to submit CE completions.

Important:

  • If you complete your CE at or near the renewal deadline, we cannot guarantee that your credits will be reported and posted to DBPR in time for license renewal.
  • Our school is not responsible for reporting CE completions at midnight or outside of our normal reporting schedule.
  • The DBPR places the responsibility on the licensee to ensure CE credits are completed and posted before the renewal deadline.

Recommendation:

  • To avoid any lapse in your license, complete your CE at least 10 days before the renewal deadline and verify your credits are posted in your DBPR account.
